Set out below are the terms on which ALL GLOWED UP provides service to its clients.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments or procedures.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Booking a consultation: Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you contact us 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.

​Booking Single treatments or chargeable consultations: We take a non-refundable deposit for all our treatments and courses. When you attend your appointment the deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost. Failure to give the full 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.

​ALL GLOWED UP does not offer refunds or partial refunds on any deposits paid, or unused treatments.


Appointments and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07494 838 418. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Deposits are only refunded if appointments are cancelled within 48 hour notice of booking, if the client is deemed unsuitable for treatment or your appointment can be rearranged at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. All Glowed Up will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.


 Booking Confirmation

All bookings made online will receive an email confirmation unless you choose to opt out of all communications.

Safety

We have introduced additional safety measures within the All Glowed Up clinic and can assure all our clients that their safety is our main concern. We have assessed any potential impact to our client’s ability to complete courses and have established a clear protocol for extending treatment courses. If you feel that you may be unable to complete your treatment course as prescribed, then please speak with our clinic manager who will be able to advise further. We are sure that our clients will be delighted to know that their treatments are protected and can be completed even if they need to be delayed.

Treatment Suitability

As with any medical procedure, a full medical history and facial assessment is required before treatment. If our practitioners feel that on the day of treatment the client is not suitable or would not benefit from the treatment being delivered, the treatment will not go ahead. We strongly encourage all clients to consider all treatments prior to undergoing them and not rush into any decisions. Clients are encouraged to ask as many questions as they need both prior to, and on the treatment day.

​​Age Restrictions

For injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle injections & dermal filler) clients must be over 21 years old, for skin treatments clients must be over 18 years old. ALL GLOWED UP strictly adheres to guidance published by the General Medical Council and ensures that all practitioners are fully educated in this. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

​​Client Consultation Forms

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before our clinicians can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update our records.

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures are protected under the Data Protection Act.

Your client records are stored securely and protected by the Data Protection Act. If you wish to access the records we hold on your personal file we can provide a report with an additional admin fee required.

Aftercare

After your treatment the clinician will provide aftercare advice. Please follow the aftercare stated to maintain results. The results from each treatment will differ from client to client. Further treatments may be required to achieve the realistic results explained in the consultation.

Liability

ALL GLOWED UP will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of property), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide ALL GLOWED UP with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. ALL GLOWED UP will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, ALL GLOWED UP regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit ALL GLOWED UP liability for death or any personal injury resulting from ALL GLOWED UP negligence.


Your right to complain

ALL GLOWED UP endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. However if you have an issue with any matter, in relation to your treatment at ALL GLOWED UP, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, ALL GLOWED UP will be pleased to help and support you through the process.

The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy. Where this cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive communication within three working days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as possible.
PRIVACY POLICY

It is ALL GLOWED UP’s responsibility to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

This privacy policy aims to give you information on how ALL GLOWED UP collects and processes your personal data including any data you may provide through our websites or on the telephone or when you make a booking, subscribe to our newsletter, access our services or make a purchase.

Our websites are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • To ensure payment for ALL GLOWED UP’s products or service purchased and to prevent or detect fraud.
  • To understand what products or services you may be interested.
  • To contact you directly in response to any enquiries you have contacted us via email, through our website contact form or by telephone communications.
  • To contact you regarding your purchases or bookings with ALL GLOWED UP with e-receipts or to administer warranty claims or product safety related communications.

We may send marketing emails from time to time. You will only receive these if you gave us permission to do so in-store or if you gave us permission by signing up to our newsletter online.
