Change of plans?

Salon Policies: At our salon, we are committed to providing a professional, high-quality service in a calm and respectful environment. Please take a moment to read our policies before booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay in full to future appointments. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking (Depending on service). Deposits are deducted from your final treatment cost. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your deposit will be lost. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your treatment time being shortened or your appointment being rescheduled and a fee may still apply. Aesthetic Treatments – Consent Requirement: If booking an aesthetic treatment, you will be required to complete a consent form at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete this form within the required timeframe may result in your treatment being cancelled. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services once they have been carried out. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to review your concerns. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you. Please do not turn up to your treatment unwell. Patch Testing (If Applicable): Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g. tinting, lash lifts, etc.). These must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test may result in cancellation of your treatment. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is late, unwell, behaves inappropriately, or if we believe the treatment is not suitable. In such cases, the full treatment fee will still be charged, and no refunds will be issued for missed or refused appointments under these circumstances.
